The Black Bull, Market Overton

A traditional English pub in a traditional English village - a recipe made in heaven!

The Black Bull is open daily from 12pm - 3pm and again from 6pm - 11.30pm. It has an excellent reputation for the quality of food and in addition offers morning coffee and afternoon tea (a trial in August 2005).

Orders for meals can be taken in the Dining Room from 12pm - 2pm and again from 7pm - 9pm. In addition there are 2 non smoking areas (bar and restaurant area) and the opportunity of bed and breakfast for those visitors you cannot accommodate yourself.

A further room "in the back" is designed for parties of people and it is here you will often see people engaged in whist drives, quizzes, crib and dominoes!

The Black Bull has a computer with a broadband Internet connection, supplied by South Witham Broadband. The computer is available for all in the community to use. There is no charge for using the computer but donations are welcome from which the Cricket Club benefits.
