2004/156 To Approve Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting of 2004-11-24
The Clerk having circulated the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on Wednesday 24 November 2004, Cllr. Stewart proposed and Cllr. Dean seconded that they be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2004/157 To deal with matters, if any remaining from last meeting.
- 2004/138 - Tree Planting - The Planting of twenty-one trees had taken place on Friday 3 December 2004 and completed the following day. Cllr. Dean had received one complaint from Mr Skins of 16 Main Street and members noted that this was the only dissention. Cllr. Stewart had e-mailed photographs and text for inclusion in the Rutland Mercury.
- 2004/137 - Thistleton Road - foot-way - The Clerk read out the letter he had written to the Highways Department.
- 2004/150 - Burial Ground - The Clerk confirmed that he had written a letter to Steve Gluning and sent copies of all correspondence to Revd. Geoffrey Angell; but was still waiting for a reply.

There were several items of correspondence to circulate/notices for meetings:

- Melton, Rutland & Harborough NHS PCT - Press Release & leaflet
- Rutland County Museum - Lord Cardigan Exhibition at Melton Carnegie Museum - Thursday 17 February 2005 at 7-30 p.m.

2004/159 To authorise payments of accounts/S137 and note balances.
Cllr. Stewart proposed and Cllr. Dean seconded that the following invoices be authorised for payment:
- ABB Ltd - Street Light Repair - £109.59 (including VAT)
- David Curtis - erecting new Parish Notice Board - £45.00 (inc. VAT)
- C.J. Graydon - Grass Cutting - £56.00
- MOPCC - Room Hire - £15.00
The Clerk having circulated the November - Monthly Statement of Accounts, members noted the balance.
2004/160 To receive Planning Applications
Members noted that the following application had received permission:
- FUL/2004/1019/AH - The Black Bull - installation of external fire escape.
