Present
The Chairman welcomed Cllr. Warwick who signed the Declaration Book.

To Approve Minutes of 26-10-2005
Cllr. Dean proposed and Cllr. Rodger seconded that the Minutes of 26 October 2005 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2004/51 - Information Pack - Cllr. Ryder confirmed that the Information Pack had been delivered to every household in the village.
- 2005/132 - RES/2005/1001/CP - The Highways Department supported the Parish Council for a junction improvement on Thistleton Road; the applicant to enter into a Section 278 before work commences.
- 2005/105 - Street Light - RCC confirmed maximum two grants of £750.00 for street lighting.
To consider response for working group
The Chairman informed members that three people had volunteered for the working group to discuss burial facilities. Cllr. Rodger proposed, Cllr. Ryder seconded and agreed by all that Cllr. Hudson represent the Parish Council and joins the working group consisting of Philip Walker, Anne-Marie Evans and Roberta Harvey Joyce.
To receive Correspondence
Items of correspondence to circulate/notices for meetings, included-
- Rural C.C. - The Clerk had won £50.00 for returning questionnaire.
- Nottingham Community Housing Association - Meeting in January.
- RCC - confirming Roger Barclay has a right of way over Bridleway E105.
To Set Budget
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Hudson seconded that the Budget be increased from £6,220 to £10,810 to take into account the capital expenditure for 10 new street lights to replace the 'telegraph pole' street lights.
