2006/041 To approve Minutes of 2006-03-08
Cllr. Stewart proposed and Cllr. Warwick seconded that the Minutes of 8th March 2006 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2006/042 To deal with matters, if any remaining from previous meetings
- 2006/030 - Councillors agreed a rota to man the Affordable Homes consultation meeting on 28-29 April in the Village Hall.
- 2006/031 - Cllr. Hudson reported that no meeting had taken place.
2006/043 To receive Correspondence
- RAF Cottesmore - letter concerning Operation HERRICK.
- RCC - Planning enforcement enquiry.
- Nene Housing copy of letter concerning parking on grass verge.
2006/044 To authorise payments of accounts/S137 and note balances
Cllr. Rodger proposed and Cllr. Hudson seconded that the following invoices be authorised for payment and this was agreed -
- Leics. & Rutland Playing Fields .Association - £10.00 - subscription
- M.O. Bowls Club - £250.00 - S137 Grant
- Rural Community Council - £30.00 - subscription
- LRAPLC - £156.00 subscription
- MO Youth Club - £100.00 - S137 Grant
- Friends of Rutland Museum - S137 Grant
- P.C.D.F. - £150.00
- Rutland & Melton Victim Support - £25.00 - S137 Grant
- Rutland House Community Trust - £50.00 - S137 Grant
- Rutland CAB - £50.00 - S137 Grant
- Powergen - £109.93 (inc. VAT) Street Lighting
- ABB Ltd. - £3964.45 (inc. VAT) - 6 New Street Lights
and authorised £6,000 transfer from HSBC to A & L General Account. The Clerk circulated the Monthly & Quarterly Statement of Accounts- members noted balance.
2006/045 To Adopt & Approve Accounts
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Hudson seconded and all agreed to adopt and approve the Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2006. The Chairman then signed Section 1 & 2 with the agreement of members present.
2006/046 Planning Applications
Members agreed to support the following application-
- CAT/2006/0246/MT - Fell Pear Tree - Old Manor House - Teigh Road
- FUL/2006/0299 & LBA/0298/MT - 30-32 Main Street - Barn Conversion
Members noted the approval permission of the following-
- LBA/2006/0068/MT - 12 Main Street - installation of satellite dish.
