2006/072 To approve Minutes of 2006-05-03
Cllr. Stewart proposed and Cllr. Warwick seconded that the Minutes of 3 May 2006 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2006/073 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2006/065 - The Lodge Trust - Members' noted comments made in a letter sent to the Planning Department from Ian Parkinson.
2006/074 To receive Correspondence
- Hacker Young - confirming receipt of 2006 Annual Return.
- Feast Weekend - asking for support for Scarecrow competition.
- LCC - asking P.C. to nominate a person for the role of Heritage Warden to replace Kate Don.
2006/075 To authorise payments of accounts/S137 and note balances
Members' agreed that the following invoices be authorised for payment -
- Powergen - Power supply - £98.08
- MO Youth Cricket Club - S137 Grant - £100.00
- MOPCC - Room Hire - £15.00
- P.C.D.F. - £150.00
Members' noted balances on the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2006/076 To receive Planning Applications
Members agreed to support the following application -
- PTA/2006/0420 - Village Hall - remove deadwood, thin crown - 2 Lime trees.
- FUL/2006/0553/CP - Erection of 9 Affordable Houses - subject to (i) E106 being issued "for local people to Market Overton being offered first - before wider circle of local people" and (ii) improved street lighting from Village Hall to new housing.
- FUL/2006/0432/CP - erection of stables and outdoor manege - OS Plot 6700 (with the following comments/observations-
- The size of stables appears to be excessive for private use.
- Poor access and visibility to and from site.
- Would like condition which clearly states "for private use only".
Members noted the approval permission of the following -
- FUL/2006/0312/MT - 7 Cordle Way - Conservatory to rear.
- FUL/2006/0299/MT & LBA/2006/0298/MT - 30-32 Main Street - Conversion of Barn to form self contained residence and office.
- LBA/2006/0335/CP - 16 Main Street - (Retrospective) replacement window.
2006/077 To Review Parish Plan
Members' reviewed 'Priority A' items on the Parish Plan and noted that all but two items had been accomplished. The proposal to construct a safe footway to the Doctors' surgery was still a top priority, along with making Bowling Green Lane one-way.
2006/078 Enforcement Notice (update)
CMP/2006/00040 - 56 Main Street - Mr. Drake has agreed to remove commercial vehicles from his residence by 30 September 2006 with the exception of the transit van that he uses as a company car.
