2006/136 To approve Minutes of 2006-10-04
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Dean seconded that the Minutes of 4 October 2006 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2006/137 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2006/127 - Letter received from Hacker Young querying the P.C.D.F.
2006/138 To receive Correspondence
- MOPAA - requesting a litter bin at Pinfold Lane - the Clerk informed members that one was being installed on Friday 17 November 2006.
- A.C.Thompson - asking the Parish Council to support the Market Overton Project, that is outside the current line of development, to be included in the Local Development Framework.
2006/139 To authorise payments of accounts
Members agreed that the following be authorised for payment -
- BDG Mowing Contractors - £80.00 - planting bulbs
- Market Overton Village Hall - Children's Christmas Party - £100 (S137)
- MOPAA - S137 - £300.00
- Powergen - £98.08
- P.C.D.F. - £150.00
Members noted balances on the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2006/140 To receive Planning Applications
Members agreed to support the following application-
- PTA/2006/1105/MT - Lop Sycamore tree - 1 The Finches.
Members noted the approval of the following-
- FUL/2006/0929/MT - 1 The Finches - construction of conservatory.
2006/141 To set Budget for 2007-2008
Cllr. Dean proposed, Cllr. Stewart seconded and all agreed, that the allocation for the Budget for the year 2007-2008 is as follows:

Cllr. Stewart informed members that all the arrangements had been completed, including arranging taxis, etc. More than ten people had applied and it was hoped to increase the allocation for next year.
