2006/148 To approve Minutes of 2006-11-15

Cllr. Warwick proposed, Cllr. Dean seconded that the Minutes of 15 November 2006 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.

2006/149 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings

2006/142 - Cllr. Stewart had reported to the Clerk that the pensioners Christmas party had been a resounding success. It was agreed to send a letter of thanks to the Commanding Officer at RAF Cottesmore for their hospitality and also to request Cottesmore Parish Council to increase next years allocation to 16 - i.e. 2 tables of 8.

2006/151 To authorise payments of accounts

Members agreed that the following be authorised for payment -

Parish Clerk - transfer of remuneration for 3 August 2005 to 15 November 2006 and current month - £2401.56
MOPCC - £15.00 - 3 Meetings
Tesco - Raffle prizes - £21.98
Cottesmore Taxi - £40.00

Members noted balances on the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
