2007/004 To approve Minutes of 2006-12-06
Cllr. Warwick proposed, Cllr. Dean seconded that the Minutes of 6 December 2006 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2007/005 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2006/142 - Cllr. Stewart was thanked by members for arranging the pensioners Christmas party which had been a resounding success.
- 2006/141 - ABB Ltd - Members accepted the quotation for a new street light to be installed near to 28 Thistleton Road.
2007/006 To receive Correspondence
- RCC - Council Tax consultation meeting.
- RCC - S106 draft Agreement NCHA.
2007/007 To authorise payments of accounts
Members agreed that the following be authorised for payment -
- ABB Ltd - Street Lighting - £137.69 (inc. VAT)
- Hacker Young - Annual Audit - £252.65 (inc. VAT)
- Parish Clerk - £150.00
Members noted balances on the Monthly and Quarterly Statement of Accounts.
2007/008 To Receive Planning Applications
Members supported the following application-
- FUL/2006/1199/CP - 2 Wharf Cottage, Teigh Road - ground floor extension and erection of single garage.
