2007/028 To approve Minutes of 2007-02-07
Cllr. Hudson proposed, Cllr. Dean seconded that the Minutes of 7 February 2007 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2007/029 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2006/114 - Councillors noted that the new village signs had just been installed.
- 2007/017 - Litter - The Clerk informed members that the Post Office litter bin should now be emptied weekly, following numerous complaints.
2007/030 To receive Correspondence
- RCC - Prohibition of HGV over 7.5 tonnes through Thistleton.
- ABB - New Street Lighting Maintenance & Repairs charges.
- Community Speed Watch petition.
2007/031 To authorise payments of accounts
Members agreed that the following be authorised for payment -
- ABB Ltd - £ 194.04 (inc. VAT) Street Light Maintenance + Repair.
- Parish Clerk - £ 150.00
- MOPCC - £ 15.00 - Room Hire - January, February and March.
Members noted balances on the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2007/032 To receive Planning Applications
Members supported the following planning application-
- FUL/2007/0091/PJO - 37 Main Street - extension to rear and new porch (Cllrs. Dean and Rodger declared interest)

2007/034 To confirm agenda for Annual Village Meeting
Members agreed that the Agenda should take the same format as last year.

It was agreed to hold the next Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 18th April 2007 at 18:45 at the Village Hall to be followed by the Annual Village Meeting. (Meeting closed at 8-04 p.m.)
