Cllr's. Hudson, Rodger, Ryder, Stewart, Warwick, C/Cllr. Rob Toy. (It was noted with regret that Cllr. Dean had resigned from the Parish Council on 2 April 2007)

2007/040 To approve Minutes of 2007-03-14
Cllr. Hudson proposed, Cllr. Rodger seconded that the Minutes of 14 March 2007 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2007/041 To deal with matters, if any, remaining from previous meetings
- 2007/017 - Litter - The Clerk informed members that a Victoriana litter bin would replace the existing small bin outside the Village Hall.
2007/042 To receive Correspondence
- Postwatch - will inform Parish Councils of Post Office closures in 2008.
- RCC - Result of Uncontested Election in Market Overton - leaves a vacancy.
- RCC - Statement of Persons for the election of a Unitary Councillor on 3 May
- RCC - Ban of Commercial vehicles over 7.5 tonnes from 1 June 2007.
2007/043 To authorise payments of accounts
Members agreed that the following be authorised for payment -
- L&RPFA - £10.00 - annual subscription
- LRAPLC - £155.00 - annual subscription
- Friends of Rutland County Museum - annual subscription
- Powergen - £97.00 - street lighting
- Parish Clerk - £160.00
- Rural Community Council - £30.00
Members noted balances on the Monthly & Quarterly Statement of Accounts.
2007/044 To Receive Planning Applications
Members noted the following planning application had been given permission-
- FUL/2007/0091/PJO - 37 Main Street - extension to rear and new porch.

It was agreed to hold the next Parish Council meeting on Thursday 10th May 2007 at 19:30 at the Church Meeting Room. (Meeting closed at 7-06 p.m.)
