- 2007/055 - Wheelie Bins - Cllr. Rodger agreed to take this matter up with Highways.
- 2007/080 - Applications 0517 and new application 0519 - the Clerk had written to Highways and Planning departments expressing the Parish Council's concern over the growth of the industrial estate, with no highway safety improvements to the Thistleton Road. A letter supporting highway improvements had been received and a contribution would be required by the developers for a footway and traffic calming scheme. Public consultation would be required to determine the most appropriate measures.

- NCHA - had requested suggestions for a road name for the affordable homes. As the deadline was short, the Clerk in consultation with the Chairman submitted the following - Walker Close, Wingfield, Isaac Newton Close.
