2008/074 To approve Minutes
Cllr. Hudson proposed, Cllr. Ryder seconded that the Minutes of 7 May 2008 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2008/075 Matters arising
- 2007/064 - Electricity Feeder Pillar* on Village Green - Cllr. Warwick is the key-holder to this column.
2008/076 Correspondence
- RCC - Street Lighting declaration form to complete.
- Andy Cleverdon - Feast Week-end - thanking for the power supply* to the Village Green for Feast Week-end and also the proposed Christmas Tree lighting.
2008/077 Payments
Members agreed the payments of -
- Parish Clerk
- BDG Mowing - Grass Cutting
- Southern Electric - Street Lighting
- C. Graydon - Millennium Garden maintenance
- K. Warwick - reimbursements for paint, plants and soil.
Members noted the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2008/078 Planning Applications
Members noted the following planning application had been granted-
- FUL/2008/0239/NT - 15 Pinfold Lane - construction of conservatory to replace existing.
2008/079 Decorative Village Sign
Cllr. Ryder had spoken to Tessa Angel about designing a village sign and was told that there would be a charge for this work. Members' discussed this matter and thought it would be a good idea to get the village involved in the project for ideas in the design. Cllr. Ryder kindly volunteered to put a feature in the next "Outreach" magazine, doing a poster for the Notice Board and by promoting it at the Village Hall during the Feast week-end.
