2008/108 To approve Minutes
Cllr. Warwick proposed, Cllr. Carlisle seconded that the Minutes of 6th August 2008 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.

- 2008/099 - Leicestershire County & Rutland Primary Care Trust - Parish Council reply.
- 2008/100 - Southern Electric - amended account.
- 2008/042 - Clement Keys - Internal auditor's response.
2008/110 Correspondence
- RCC - Standards Committee - Parish Council representative required.
- RCC - George Phillips Awards - Walker Close was proposed by members.
- ABB sold public lighting division to E-ON.
- East Midlands Regional Plan proposed changes.
- Peter Knight - letter asking the Parish Council to write to RAF Cottesmore about planes ignoring flight path around village.

Members noted the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2008/112 Planning Applications
Members supported the following application-
- LBA/2008/0674/BL - 30-32 Main Street - Various internal and external works.
2008/113 Decorative Village Sign
Cllr. Warwick submitted a ideas for the Village sign and after discussion agreed to produce a draft design at next months meeting.

- Decorative Village Sign.
- Pensioners' Christmas Party.
2008/115 Date of next meeting
It was noted that the next Meeting will be on Wednesday 1st October 2008 at 7-00 p.m. in the Church Meeting Room.
