2008/130 To approve Minutes
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Hudson seconded that the Minutes of 1st October 2008 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2008/131 Matters arising
- 2007/055 - Black Bull - The Licensee has agreed to sign a licence to erect a compound for the commercial bins on the grass verge, opposite the pub.
- 2007/121 - Harvest traffic debris - Cllr. Ryder reported that highways were looking into the height of the low branch that overhangs the road.

2008/135 To set Budget for 2009-2010
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Warwick seconded that the budget be £11,220.00 to take into account the road safety improvements to Thistleton Road and this was agreed.

2008/136 Xmas Party Arrangements
Cllr. Stewart had spoken with the Station Adjutant at R.A.F. Cottesmore and it has been agreed that they will deal directly with him regarding the arrangements for the Pensioners' Christmas Party on 3 December 2008 to be held in the Officers' Mess.
2008/137 Millennium hedge
Members agreed that the height of the hedge should be reduced to 4 feet in height and reduced in width.
2008/138 To Adopt Parish Council's Risk Management
Cllr. Warwick proposed, Cllr. Rodger seconded the Adoption of the Parish Council's Risk Management Policy and Risk Assessment and this was agreed by members.
2008/139 To Review Standing Orders
Cllr. Rodger proposed, Cllr. Stewart seconded the approval of the Standing Orders and this was agreed.
