2009/023 Present
Cllr's. Carlisle, Crowther, Hudson, Rodger, Ryder, Stewart and Warwick. Members' held a moment of respect for the memory of County Councillor Rob Toy who died on Wednesday 18th February 2009 after suffering a further stroke.

2009/026 To approve Minutes
Cllr. Stewart proposed, Cllr. Warwick seconded that the Minutes of 4th February 2009 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2009/027 Matters arising
- 2007/055 – Bins – The Chairman agreed to speak to Mr. Kevin Housley of The Black Bull to inform him that the Parish Council could not lawfully make a donation towards the costs of erecting a compound.
- 2009/020 - Revd. Dr. James Saunders had agreed to speak at the Village Meeting in April.

- Members accepted Brittens quotation for grass-cutting.
- RCC - Local Development Framework - Town and Village Appraisals document.

Members agreed to pay cheques totalling £ 255.74

Members noted the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2009/030 Planning Applications
Members supported the following planning application-
- FUL/2009/0054/JM - The Lodge, Main Street - Replace Collyweston tiles with Bradstone conservation tiles.
Members noted the approval of the following planning application-
- CAT/2009/0016/APB¹ - 21 Main Street – Remove Pine Tree
- FUL/2008/1091/JM² - 53 Main Street – single storey extension to rear & porch to front.
