Cllr's. Carlisle, Crowther, Ryder, Warwick, C/Cllr. Susie Iannantuoni and 1 member of the public. The Chairman welcomed C/Cllr. Susie Iannantuoni and members congratulated her on recently being elected County Councillor

Cllr. Warwick proposed, Cllr. Carlisle seconded that the Minutes of 29th April 2009 be accepted as a true record and this was agreed.
2009/071 Matters arising
- 2008/056 - 55 Thistleton Road - The owner of the property had been traced and improvements to the house and gardens would shortly be undertaken.
- 2007/027 - Bins - The Tenant of The Black Bull had not signed the licence to erect a compound on the grass verge and subsequently, Highways will arrange to remove the bins

Members supported the following planning application -

Cllr. Ryder agreed to design a poster to see if there was any support in providing allotments.
