2009/090 Present
Cllr’s. Carlisle, Crowther, Hudson, Rodger, Ryder, Stewart and Warwick and 8 members of the public. The Chairman welcomed the residents from The Lodge to the Meeting.

RESOLVED That the minutes of the Meeting held on 1st July 2009 be confirmed.
2009/094 Matters arising
- 2007/027 – Bins – The Tenant of The Black Bull and RCC are in discussions about the licence.
- 2009/087 - Bus Shelter - RESOLVED - Members accepted quotation of £ 160 from Jim Smith toi repair and paint bus shelter.
2009/095 Correspondence
- RCC – Proposed Diversion of Public Footpath E108 request¹ – Stuart Crook - The Public Rights of Way Officer outlined in his letter the legal tests that must be met if an Order is to be confirmed. RESOLVED – The Chairman and Cllr. Warwick to meet Stuart Crook on site to discuss proposed diversion and the issue of boggy ground, open ditch, etc.
- Cottesmore Parish Council – Kerry Nimmons is new Parish Clerk.
- Nottingham Community Housing Association Board Film 2008 - 2009
- RCC – George Phillips Design Award 2009 – Walker Close has been short-listed. RESOLVED – The Chairman and Cllr. Ryder will meet judges to answer any questions on Friday 28th August 2009 at 12:15.
- RCC – Low Trees – overhanging Beech tree to be trimmed back.
- RCC - Walker Close is not subject to a Section 38 agreement – as it is private land. NHCA and the Police will inform the owner of transit van to park vehicle elsewhere.
