2009/139 To approve Minutes
RESOLVED That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 4th November 2009 be confirmed.
2009/140 Matters arising
- 2009/118/4 – Speeding cars – Pinfold Lane – Cllr. Rodger explained that ‘vehicular access’ ceased at 15 Pinfold Lane and asked members if they supported bollards being installed. The Chairman agreed to consult neighbours and report back at the next meeting.
2009/141 Allotment update¹
Cllr. Ryder reported that 15 people were interested in having an allotment in the village. A landowner had indicated that he had half an acre of land which may be available.
2009/142 Christmas Party Report
Cllr. Hudson had attended the Pensioners Christmas Party earlier that day and said what a most enjoyable and fantastic time he had had. He thanked Cllr. Stewart for organising the event with RAF Cottesmore and for arranging the shared transport with South Witham. Cllr. Stewart gave a report on the proceedings and agreed to write a letter of thanks to the Commanding Officer.

- Parish Forum - 2 Councillors attended Forum - Digital Switchover 2011.
