RESOLVED That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 12th January 2010 be confirmed.
2010/017 Matters arising
- 2010/006 (5) – Post Office Counters Ltd – would shortly be sending letters to all residents in the village about the Post Office closure.
- 2010/009 – Pinfold Lane Bridleway – South Witham Angling Club had enquired about the bollards being installed.
- 2009/117 - RESOLVED - to purchase a salt/grit bin for Bowling Green Lane

2010/021 Village Meeting Report
Cllr. Ryder reported that 50 people attended the Village Meeting and a steering group had been formed to look into the viability of manning a community shop.
2010/022 Allotments²
The Parish Clerk had spoken to a land owner about allocating an acre of land for allotments. A site meeting was proposed with the land owner after he had discussions with DEFRA.
2010/023 Agenda for Village Meeting
Members agreed on a similar agenda to previous years, i.e. Community Policeman, Feast Week-end Report and a report from the steering group for community shop.
