RESOLVED That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 3rd February 2010 be confirmed.
2010/030 Matters arising
- 2009/117 - the green salt/grit bin has been installed in Bowling Green Lane.
- 2010/023 - Annual Village Meeting - RESOLVED that the Chairman's Report be accepted for circulation to the residents in the village.
2010/031 Correspondence
- RCC - Rutland Local Development Framework - supplementary Planning document.
- RCC - Parish Forum Agenda - 4 March 2010
- R.A.F. Cottesmore - Low flying over the village 29 - 30 March & 17 - 20 May 2010.
- Rural Community Council - Community Achievement Award Competition.
- Community Shop¹ - a request had been received from the steering group for a grant towards match funding. The Parish Council can only give grants to recognised groups that are properly constituted from the S137 budget. In the 2010 - 2011 budget - £ 1,540.00 has been earmarked for groups in the village to apply for grants.

2010/033 Planning Applications
Resolved - to support the following application.
- LBA/2010/0116/APB - 3 Berrybushes - change roof tiles on extension - red pantiles to grey slates.
2010/034 Safer route to the Doctors'
Cllr. Rodger informed the meeting that the road improvements and resurfacing work should commence during the summer holidays. Members requested that the resurfacing and reprofiling work be extended from the junction of Bowling Green Lane and start in the vicinity of Walkers Close.
2010/035 Allotments²
The Parish Clerk had viewed three plots of land that potentially could be used as allotments, if discussions with DEFRA and terms could be agreed.
