2010/042 Matters arising
2010/031 (5) - Community Shop¹ - The Parish Clerk had re-checked the S137 Budget over the past 3 years and identified an under-spend of £ 1,901.00 i.e.

- This surplus money of £ 1,901.00 is 'ring-fenced' for S137 items and members agreed to add £ 99.00 from the 2010-2011 budget to this figure. The sum of £ 2,000.00 is pledged to the Market Overton Community Shop Association to assist in the setting up expenses of creating a 'Community Shop'.
- 2010/034 – Resurfacing – Cllr. Rodger had spoken to Highways and it was hoped that finance to resurface the road to Walkers Close, could be met from the budget.
2010/043 Correspondence
- Neighbourhood Watch – Judith Taylor resignation letter as co-ordinator.
- Allianz Insurance – The Parish Clerk had reviewed the insurance policy and as it had an excess of £ 100.00, the bracket street lights were removed from the policy, resulting in a saving of £ 76.62 on the current years premium.
- Clement Keys – Auditors – RESOLVED – to Adopt and Approve the Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2010. The Chairman then signed Section 1 and 2, with the agreement of members, after answering the questions on the form.

2010/045 Planning Applications
- FUL/2010/0200/APB – 1a Main Street – new window, door and disabled ramp to shop
- RESOLVED – to support the above application
- FUL/2010/0150/PG – The Wharf – new barn, garaging for horse box, tractor and fork lift.
- Members were concerned at the size of the building and thought it was out of keeping with the adjoining properties.
- Members noted the approval of the following applications –
- LBA/2010/0116/APB – 3 Berrybushes – change roof tiles on extension
- CAT/2009/0962/APB – 50 Main Street – Fell 2 conifers & reduce 3 plum trees.
2010/046 Allotments²
The Farm Manager had spoken to the Parish Clerk – and would discuss the project after measuring out two areas of land.
