RESOLVED That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 5th 2010 be confirmed.
2010/074 Matters arising
- 2010/043 (2) – Aon Limited – The insurance with Aon Limited had been renewed as no other Insurance Company would quote for the business
2010/075 Safer route to the Doctor's
- Neil Tomlinson from Highways had produced a draft plan for a footway link from Bowling Green Lane through to the Doctor's Surgery. Various questions/queries were raised by members of the public present.
- RESOLVED – To produce a revised plan that would increase the car parking spaces in front of the properties on Thistleton Road.
2010/076 Correspondence
- (1) E-ON Unmetered Supply Inventory Certificate – Annual Renewal
- (2) LCC – Reuse Campaign – Freeuseit.com offers a quick and easy way for residents to advertise their unwanted possessions.
- (3) Market Overton Community Shop – letter of thanks for the S137 donation.
2010/077 Payments
RESOLVED - Members agreed to pay cheques totalling £ 497.74 and noted the Monthly Statement of Accounts.
2010/078 Planning Applications
RESOLVED – to support the following planning applications
- LBA/2010/0391/NT – internal works and erection of stone boundary wall.
- FUL/2010/0392/NT – Change of Use – From dwelling to office and erection of stone boundary wall
- but commented to make sure that the 'Barn Doors', when open, are properly secured back against the stone wall.
Members noted the approval of the following applications –
- FUL/2010/0200/APB – External alterations – Community Shop, 1a Main Street.
- FUL/2009/1300/APB – External alterations – The Old Manor House, 6 Teigh Road.
- LBA/2009/1301/APB – Internal & External alterations – 6 Teigh Road.

The Parish Clerk informed the meeting that the farmer was now speaking with a land agent for advice.
