Cllrs. Dean, O'Neill, Rodger, Ryder, Stewart and three members of the public.
The Chairman being away on holiday, Cllr. Dean took the chair.
2005/67 Apologies

2005/68 Declaration of interest.
Cllr. O'Neill declared non-prejudicial interest.
2005/69 Affordable housing in Market Overton.
John Lucas- RCC Housing Strategy Manager, Catherine Hewitt and Gary Turner - Development Department of Nottingham Community Housing Association explained to members that they had identified a piece of land that would accommodate 6 to 8 housing units. John Lucas explained that a housing market assessment had already been carried out and had identified the requirement of between 16 to 24 affordable housing units required for Market Overton. After a lengthy discussion Gary Turner of N.C.H.A. agreed to forward further documents, facts and figures for members to discuss at the next Parish Council Meeting on 2 June 2005.
There being no other business, the meeting closed at 19:50.
